About this position
For information purpose only, please note that this position is currently overseeing the Mobile Team, subject to change. The mobile team includes over 100 employees with the following roles: Personal Care Attendants, Registered Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech Language Pathologist and Dietitian). Some of the team members are site specific and others work across both Bruyère Health Centretown and Market sites (including Hospital and Long Term Care programs).
The Clinical Manager currently reports directly to the Director, Clinical Programs, Transitional Care, with cross reporting to the Director, Clinical Programs, Stroke Rehabilitation, Allied Health Professional Practice and Recreation Therapy.
This role involves working very closely with Clinical Managers across both sites, including but not limited to, unit coverage and matters related to clinical operations.
