RECEPTIONIST - Extendicare, Westend Villa, soon to be Crossing bridge at Stittsville, ON

This position is for our West End Villa home located in Ottawa, ON.
What you'll be doing:
• Presents and promotes a positive image of business office and the facility to residents, family, guests, outside services and community.
• Answers telephone and place outgoing calls sand conducts facility tours.
• Performs clerical work and maintain records as required and performs clerical work as assigned from all Department Managers.
• Maintain the inventory of office supplies, forms and equipment.
• Handle payments from families, sell meal tickets, distribute pay statements.
• Adhere to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, safety, environment, and infection control.
What you bring:
• Business Administration Diploma preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. What you'll get:
