The Technology Solutions Branch is responsible for driving technological change, leading the adoption of new technology solutions and maximizing existing technology investments to support the delivery of programs and services for all City departments, including Ottawa Public Health and Ottawa Public Library Technology Solutions functions and services include research, analysis, business requirements definition, stakeholder assessment and engagement, resource demand management, and project planning, governance, management, implementation and transfer to operations of both ITS and client-owned solutions.
You are responsible for planning, supporting and delivering on client experience and adoption strategies, IT communications and peer engagement initiatives in support of new and existing technology solutions and IT products and services. You also provide ongoing analysis, advice and recommendations to ITS Management and staff in these areas.
Completion of 3 year university degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience planning, delivering and managing communications initiatives and user adoption strategies in a technology-based environment.
