Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic co-op student to assist with healthcare-related projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare-related projects within the Seniors' Health and Ambulatory Care portfolio
- Collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data (e.g., patient outcomes, operational performance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and develop solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Help with the development of strategies to improve patient care, workflows, and overall healthcare services.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and managing timelines.
- Participate in project meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing insights and ideas.
- Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring timelines are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing changes.
- Support the development of healthcare training materials and documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business or Marketing).
- Strong interest in the healthcare industry and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
