SCOPE:
The Anti-Human Trafficking Program Manager will coach and support the Courage for Change and Youth in Transition staff within the Toronto Site, Community Services Portfolio. This position will be responsible to build capacity while ensuring ONWA’s vision, mandate, and objectives are met and align with ONWA’s Strategic Plan.
The Anti-Human Trafficking Program Manager is responsible to ensure staff and services are operational and managed according to the program standards and guidelines. The position will deliver and facilitate the agreed program deliverables. The position will ensure the Toronto Site is a safe space for Indigenous Women, youth, and the community. The position will guide and support to build meaningful collaboration throughout the Toronto Region and requires significant experience and a strong understanding of using anti-human trafficking models within delivery of service and program development.
