Dental Assistant Level 2 - Johnstone Periodontics

The team at Johnstone Periodontics located in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time / temporary basis.

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

We are a very fun, happy, customer driven, busy and drama-free Periodontal clinic looking for someone to work anywhere from 1-3 days per week. NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS

SCHEDULE:

• 8 - 32 hours per week
• Days of the week - Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the:
  • Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• 1 year of experience is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as OptiMicro DentalWare is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
