We lead initiatives in decision-making, data literacy, automation and performance improvement, while building innovative technologies to drive change.
The Interim Director, Business Intelligence & Automation works under the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) to lead UHN's business intelligence and automation initiatives. This role offers the chance to learn about groundbreaking analytics work and contribute to projects shaping the future of healthcare analytics.
WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE: This interim position offers a chance to lead a transformative journey in healthcare analytics. You will guide a team driving operational improvements through insights and automation. A key focus will be advancing a new decision-making strategy, embedding data and analytics into how decisions are made at UHN. Additionally, you will oversee the launch and development of best-in-class analytics products, and in collaboration with Data Engineering, help shape UHN's data fabric, a key component of our enterprise data management strategy.
