ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Care and working in collaboration with the IPAC Lead (day) the Infection Prevention and Control Lead (evening) is responsible for building and promoting an organization-wide culture of compliance and adherence to infection prevention and control standards and requirements set under applicable legislation as well as The Meighen Health Centre's policies & procedures.
The IPAC Lead is required to perform their duties in a manner consistent with the Salvation Army Meighen Health Centre's core values, ensure resident safety, and demonstrate customer service excellence while responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating programs and services provided to the residents.
