UHN Altum Health
Altum Health is a clinical program of UHN, Canada's premier academic research hospital, with over 300 employees across several sites (Toronto, Cambridge, Barrie, Hamilton, Oakville, Ajax, Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Oshawa, and Scarborough). We offer a full continuum of prevention, rehabilitation, and health care services to third party payors and individuals, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), employers, and insurers.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Strategy and Partnership, the Project Manager is a key member of our team that can listen, collaborate, connect the dots, and build trust in a team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to support strategic projects across the Connected Care and Altum Health teams. They are able to think strategically, act practically and implement judiciously all while building commitment to a collective goal.
You will help advance high priority business development proposals and complex projects across the portfolio. You'll partner with the Executive and clinical teams of all shapes and sizes, helping them implement innovative solutions designed to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and the ability to handle complex problems and provides highly innovative and creative solutions that will achieve quality and work process improvements.
In the immediate term, this individual would be dedicated to leading strategic projects in support of Altum Health, including but not limited to quality improvement initiatives, optimizing new contracts, assessing new space and partnering with the business to support new partnership integrations.
