The GTA Rehab Network is an influential voice for rehabilitation in the GTA. Our members are publicly funded hospital and community-based organizations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that provide rehabilitation services.
Summary:
In collaboration with relevant task groups and secretariat staff, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordination and implementation of system-wide initiatives, ensuring projects progress within set timeframes to achieve stated deliverables. In collaboration with secretariat staff and GTA Rehab Network members, the Project Manager will be expected to take initiative to lead each project and participate in strategic discussions regarding project directions relative to health system priorities.
The Project Manager will among other duties:
Provide operational project leadership to various committees of the Network that address clinical and system-wide issues relating to rehabilitation across the continuum.
