About Us:

Crescent Oral Surgery is a busy, fast paced Oral and Maxillofacial surgical clinic providing trusted care to our patients. We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work at our Toronto location.

*Regular travel to our Richmond Hill and Aurora practices required.*

Schedule:

  • 28 to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Hours vary based on the need of the business

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of equipment and medications for surgical procedures

  • Review patient history and conduct pre-operatory assessment

  • Continuous patient care during sedation while monitoring vital signs and assisting as required

  • Post-operative patient care in preparation for discharge

  • Complete all necessary documentation for patient records

About You:

  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nursed in accordance with the provincial guidelines

  • Must have CPR, PALS, and ACLS

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively in a team environment

  • Previous experience in oral surgery, emergency room, ICU, PACU or critical care is an asset
