The Position:
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) provides holistic, family-centred care to infants, children, and adolescents and their families who are receiving habilitation, rehabilitation and complex continuing care services, incorporating standards of practice as stated by the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Regulated Health Professions Act.
This role may rotate across all 3 Units: Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team (BIRT), Specialized Orthopedic & Developmental Rehabilitation (SODR) and Complex continuing Care (CCC). Successful candidates will be required to work across the 3 units to meet client care needs as required.
