Hours: 5-10 hours per month
Salary: $19.63 - $24.54 per hour: To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy
Shifts:
Varies, during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Status: Casual (1 year)

Position Summary: Working under the direction of the Medly Project Manager, the Digital Therapeutics Equipment Assistant will support the management of equipment inventory and documentation for the Medly digital therapeutics program. The Digital Therapeutics Equipment Assistant may additionally provide troubleshooting support to clinical teams to enable the smooth delivery of the program to patients. This is a hybrid work model position.

Duties:

  • Support the management of the Medly Program equipment inventory and maintain organization of equipment storage room
  • Maintain up to date documentation on equipment inventory and status
  • Assemble and prepare equipment sets for patient use, and manage shipment of equipment to sites across the Greater Toronto Area
  • Liaise with vendors to facilitate purchasing of new and replacement equipment and troubleshooting of existing equipment
  • Liaise with clinical teams to provide equipment troubleshooting support (i.e. technical challenges with Bluetooth connections, misused phone lines)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, currently pursuing post-secondary education
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and dependable in scheduling shifts
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, skill in stakeholder communications
  • Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; self-driven, fast learner
  • A passion for informing and leading health care transformation
