The Position:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced total rewards professional to work within an organization that strives to build a "world of possibility" every day. As a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards & HRIS, you will be joining a team committed to the principles of equity and fairness who deliver Total Rewards and HRIS services for a diverse workforce. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards & HRIS, you will work with a variety of departments to shape and maintain the Total Rewards Program. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and be a first point of contact for salary administration, job evaluation, and compensation enquiries. This is a regular full-time position in Salary Band G ($44.61-$55.75/hour, or $86,989.50-$108,712.50/year).
By joining our team, you will lead the daily administration, research, analysis, planning and delivery of Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, pension, HRIS, reporting and metrics. You will also support the planning, testing, implementation and maintenance of the Meditech system as well as other internal HR systems. This position also participates in quality improvement initiatives, supports the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment and advances a culture of client/patient safety through work and daily practices.
