We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great interpersonal skills, for a full-time position as a Spa Sales Associate at our well established Spa in Toronto's Dan Leckie Way / Liberty Village neighbourhood. Key responsibilities include delivering high level of customer service, meeting sales goals, effectively managing front desk and overall operational responsibilities.

Job Summary
The Spa Sales Associate plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support within the spa environment. This position involves assisting clients with their needs, maintaining a serene atmosphere, and ensuring that all spa services are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and beauty, with a strong commitment to enhancing the client experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about spa services and treatments.
  • Assist clients in scheduling appointments and managing their bookings and processing of payments
  • Business growth (promotion of membership sales, services, products)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including treatment rooms and common spaces.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for services, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready.
  • Provide support to therapists and estheticians during treatments as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Promote spa products and services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new treatments to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Monitoring and handling of requests/queries via media tools, email, website
Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency, college/university will be an asset
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service, sales experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a spa or wellness setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Desire to pursue a high level of customer service
  • Ability to organize and set work priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
  • Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory
