Modern Niagara is currently recruiting for a Site Administrator for a full time position in Vaughan. The mission of the Site Administrator is to support the project as a whole through document control and working with the general contractor. This one-of-a-kind opportunity will make for an excellent way to accelerate your learning and experience, all inquiries welcomed!

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support project managers, coordinators and foremen a required
  • Assist with site contract document control
  • Coordinate and support various meetings with subcontractors and clients
  • Work with Project Managers for reporting and gathering of information
  • Communicate and relay information between office personnel and field staff
  • Work on site

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a related field such as Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or applicable education
  • Experience in the construction industry a strong asset
  • Basic understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems an asset but not necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience and/or working knowledge of ProCore an asset
  • Strong computer skills with hands-on working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Team player, energetic, resourceful, reliable and timely
  • Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced industry
  • Comfortable working on a construction job site
  • Working at Heights Certificate - not mandatory, as we will provide training
