Schedule: Full-Time

12-month contract with an opportunity to extend

Tuesday 11am-7pm

Wednesday 10am-6pm

Thursday 10am-6pm

Friday 9am-3pm

Every other Saturday 8am-1pm

*Possibly Mondays 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Instrument sterilization;
  • Room set-ups and tear-downs for procedures, including surgeries;
  • Prepare patients for surgical treatments and chairside surgical assisting;
  • Provide postoperative instructions to patients;
  • Record treatment information in patient records;
  • Take intra-oral radiographs and CBCT scans;
  • Assist in new patient exams by collecting and recording medical & dental histories, take patient vital signs, and educate patients on their condition(s) and recommended treatment;
  • Other duties as assigned.


About You:

  • HARP certification is required
  • NDAEB certification is preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of experience assisting multiple DDS' is required
  • The ideal candidate will have a calm, caring, mature, reassuring and friendly demeanor;
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Possess the willingness to learn and grow;
  • Excel at building strong and trusting relationships to support all team members with the day-to-day activities in the clinic.
