Certificate of Competence - College of Nurses of Ontario
Bachelor level University degree - Masters preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage change and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts and build teams.
Demonstrated creativity and flexibility.
Ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
Excellent organizational skills.

Evidence of management and clinical practice courses
