The team at Atelier Ortho, located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is looking for a Dental Receptionist for a full-time, permanent position.
Our new Dental Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, handling billing, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. She/He will ensure proper maintenance and managing records. Additionally, She/He will confirm appointments, manage data entry, and perform any other tasks related to the position.

SCHEDULE:
We are open Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are looking for someone available to work during these hours.
- 32 hours per week
- Workdays: Monday to Thursday (no evenings)
- Non-flexible schedule
- Start as soon as possible
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a bilingual individual (English and French) due to the nature of the role, which involves communicating with a diverse linguistic profile of our clients and collaborating with both Anglophone and Francophone colleagues and partners. Ideally, the candidate should also be comfortable working in the field of orthodontics.
- 2 years of experience in the dental field is a strong asset
- Orthodontic clinic experience preferred
- Quick learner
- Experience with dental management software such as Tops Ortho is an asset
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Customer service-oriented
