Schedule: Monday to Friday, (operational needs between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)
Status: Temporary mandate for two years (full-time) / 40 hours per week
Location: Montreal (Downtown - near Bell Centre) - 100% in person role (public transportation is ideal)

Our client brings together employees from the corporate office in Montreal, one of the three global centers. The Montreal center supports all of the client's global operations and employs 700 full-time staff. Health, safety, and environment (HSE) are core values for our client. For decades, our client has operated an in-house medical center providing primary health services and resources to its 700 permanent employees. Services include health consultations, health promotion, and absenteeism management.

Here’s how you will make a difference in your workplace:

  • Conduct patient examinations and review physician reports to ensure diagnostic completion and communicate information to the patient
  • Manage daily medical activities for ongoing wellness and health initiatives. On-site medical team members provide the following services:
    • Pre-employment medical exams: work fitness assessments, including internal transfers and new employee hiring. Also includes coordination of return-to-work (RTW)
    • Occupational health services: on-site care and case management for work-related and non-work-related illnesses and injuries to support the return-to-work process
    • Blood draw services
    • Wellness services: support the development and implementation of health and wellness program elements. Includes coordination of weight management, blood pressure management, and smoking cessation programs
    • Case management: assistance with disability/return-to-work cases

You are the missing piece of the puzzle:

  • Current member of the OIIQ
  • Knowledge of CNESST, WSIB, and OSHA standards (an asset)
  • Health and Safety and First Aid certification (an asset)
  • Travel Health training (an asset)
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Leadership skills in complex and sensitive situations
  • Autonomy
  • Developed organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
