Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 13 $27.990 to $30.000 (3 step range)

Job Description: Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Education

  • Building Systems Technician certificate

Licenses

  • Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
  • Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job
  • 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the
  • as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act
  • Pool Operator certificate, where required
