Job Description: The Community Mental Health and Addictions Nurse Navigator position is responsible for the provision of clinical assessment, case management and interventions as well as health promotion and prevention services to the regional area clients experiencing problems related to mental health and addictions. The position also provides assessments and therapeutic interventions for clients and their families, addressing the emotional and social needs of clients facing mental health and addiction issues, with the primary objective to support and strengthen social functioning.

Hours of Work: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks
