Job Description: As a member of the primary health care team, the community dietitian works proactively providing out-patient nutrition counselling, teaching and education services to individuals, families and community groups, and other health professionals with the intent of promoting good health and disease prevention. The community dietitian may provide client and family focused services in collaboration with outside agencies (based on funding arrangements) in addition to Saskatchewan Health Authority clients at various sites within the area.
