Job Description:
The EMT-ACP will respond to calls for service as per dispatch instructions, providing assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons. The EMT-ACP will cover standby assignment, as operations require.

Education
- Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma (ACP)
Licenses
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS)
- Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic/Advanced Care Paramedic (EMT-P/ACP)
- Health Care Provider Level C Certificate (HCP-C)
Other Education and Training
- Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP) certificate acceptable
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)
