Job Description: Performs a variety of specialized diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology. Specialty disciplines are: Mammography, Angiography (IR), Computerized Tomography

Education

  • Medical Radiologic Technology diploma (MRT)

Licenses

  • Registered with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • Certified by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • Registered College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan

Other Education and Training

  • Mammography training/certificate, as required
  • Drug administration and intravenous injection training, where required
  • Angiography training/certificate, as required
  • Computerized Tomography training/certificate, as required
