Job Description: Responsible for assessment and coordination of initial service requests for all programs within Mental Health and Addiction Services in the Kelsey Trail health Region. The Intake worker provides consultation to Community Agencies and Programs on services available in Mental Health and Addiction Services. Job description is available on request.

Experience

  • minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health and Addictions

Education

  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

Other Education and Training

  • Experience as an Assessor Coordinator in Mental Health and Addictions preferred
  • Bachelor of Health Services is acceptable
