Job Description: As a key leader, the Director of Plant Operations & Environmental Services (DPOES) reports to the ED and is responsible for the strategic advisement and daily Plant and Environmental Services operational decisions (including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, Dietary and Spiritual Care Services). The DPOES participates and supports the strategic development and execution of operational and business projects within the Mission, Vision, and Values of Emmanuel Health. In addition, the DPOES is responsible as the Safety Officer for Occupational Health & Safety. The Director is accountable to promote and support Holistic spiritual, psychological, physical and emotional well-being of patients and residents.

Education
- Emergency Preparedness certificate
- 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate
- A degree acceptable by the employer with relevant experience
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge and Abilities
