Job Description:

Assists in planning, organizing, directing and supervising the delivery of occupational therapy services to ensure patients/clients receive comprehensive client-centered care within the framework of the interdisciplinary team. Provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members. This will be done in accordance with organizational vision, mission, and philosophy.

Education

  • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT)
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

Licenses

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Competencies

  • Advanced - Communication skills
  • Advanced - Interpersonal skills

Other Information

  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
  • Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
  • Travel required
