The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a family physician to provide physician services in the Outlook & District Health Centre and Outlook Medical Clinic located in the Town of Outlook.
The Outlook medical practice includes all aspects of family medicine including acute care, Diagnostics/X-Ray, 24/7 Emergency Room, Long Term Care and Lab. Physicians will provide patient care and on call emergency coverage. This Physician will work closely with nurses, and other members of the health care team to meet the specific needs of this community and its surrounding area.
Located on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River, and only a short drive from Lake Diefenbaker makes Outlook a perfect place to make your home or enjoy your vacation! Walk the SKYTRAIL- Canada's Longest Pedestrian Bridge sprawling 3000 feet across and 150 feet above the South Saskatchewan River. With the largest irrigation project in the province, Outlook has diversified its strong traditional agriculture base to become "Saskatchewan’s Garden."

This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care.
The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular license to practice in Saskatchewan. Applicants will also hold ACLS certification.
In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
