Job Description: Under the direction of the Community Care Manager, the Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of the client in accordance with policy. The Home Care Nurse is in charge of nursing assessment and delivery for clients.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

Other Information

  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
