Santa Maria Senior Citizens' Home has an opening for a Permanent Full-time Co-Director of Spiritual Care & Mission Effectiveness. We are a care home for 147 residents who require Level 3 - 4 long-term, nursing and personal care. Guided by the healing ministry of Jesus, we build upon the legacy of our founding religious sisters and work with compassion, innovation, and commitment to meet resident needs with quality, compassionate and holistic care. Santa Maria is an Emmanuel Health organization.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Co-Director of Spiritual Care and Mission Effectiveness provides spiritual support to residents, family members and staff. They develop and implement a mission effectiveness plan, which assures effective communication, education, celebration, and evaluation of mission and values integration.
Qualifications/Experience:
Salary or Pay Band: Santa Maria Senior Citizens' Home offers a competitive salary and benefits package. We are a member of SHEPP and 3SHealth extended benefits
