Job Description:

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Education

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

Other Information

  • This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites, including rural, within the Primary Health Care Networks (Regina). Home base for this position is: 4211 Albert Street.
