Dental Receptionist

The team at Regina Lakeview Dental Centre located in Regina, SK are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 34-40 hours per week, flexible for the right candidate
• Monday - Friday, 1 Saturday a month on rotation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• New grads welcome
• 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant would be considered an asset
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate or Dental Assisting course would be considered an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as [Dentrix] is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
