Family Medicine Locum - Northgate Medical Centre
Job Description
Northgate Medical Centre is looking for full-time, part-time, and locum family physicians interested in joining our busy practice. We are a busy extended hours family practice and walk-in clinic with women’s health, pediatric care, minor surgical procedures, men’s health, elderly care, diabetic patient education, on-site ECG, chronic disease management, mental health care.
Job Qualifications
The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular license to practice in Saskatchewan with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; in accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons.
