Gardens Community Health Centre is seeking a Family Physician who thrives on patient-centered care and who is not afraid to be innovative in its delivery.
Do you love making a real difference to the life and health of others? We do to! We are looking for 2 full time family doctors to help us support our growing practice in South Regina. Our practice is family based. We believe that care doesn't have to bring the doctor to the patient, but that care will be delivered to the patient in a way that improves their lives, not complicates it. We practice within a Collaborative Care, partnership model with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). We have a multi-disciplinary team who delivers care both on site plus is mobile. There are daily opportunities to have shared care conferences about our patients with this multi-disciplinary team.

The candidate will hold certification or be eligible for certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Successful applicants will be eligible for a provisional or regular licence to practise in Saskatchewan.
This individual should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family-centered care.
The successful applicant is expected to participate in the undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education programs of the Department of Family Medicine in the Regina Area.

The SHA requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons.
