Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 16 $36.620 to $39.220 (3 step range)

Job Description: Performs laboratory duties for the detection, prevention and management of physiological and pathological conditions.

Education

  • Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (MLT)

Experience

  • No previous work experience

Licenses

  • Certified by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS)
  • Licensed and registered by the Saskatchewan Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists (SSMLT)

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Basic computer skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Valid drivers license, where required by the job
  • PLEASE NOTE: although this position is currently located at Roy Romanow Provincial Lab, it will be moving to the Regina General Hospital in the very near future.
