Job Description: This position reports to the Manager/Rehab Coordinator and is responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Staff Therapists have the knowledge to assess and treat patients but may require some professional mentoring/guidance from peers and Senior Therapists. Therapist may be responsible for the supervision of students.

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Memberships

  • Saskatchewan Physiotherapy Association (SPA)

Other Education and Training

  • Training in movement analysis regarding neurologically involved patients.

Other Information

  • Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Please submit a cover letter and resume when applying for this position.
  • Experience working with complex and chronic orthopedic conditions is an asset.
  • Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
  • Registered/eligible for membership with Canadian Physical Therapy Association
  • Experience in the treatment of post-surgical orthopedic conditions is an asset.
