Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
