Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Patient & Client Experience of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Patient & Client Experience portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the Senior Leadership Team, and their support staff, to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role

Education

  • Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
