Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Managers of Acute Care Medicine at Royal University Hospital to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of Acute Care Medicine.

Experience

  • Experience working with collective agreements
  • Several years' experience in an administraive role

Education

  • Administrative Assistant diploma
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Administrative Assistant certificate

Other Education and Training

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and Abilities
