Job Description: Under the direction of the Director, Primary Health Care, this position supports program administration and provides direct leadership, supervision, administration and coordination of Primary Health Care services. This position assumes a leadership role in areas including supply chain, security, space and facility planning and maintenance, policy development, orientation, development, tracking of departmental expenditures, emergency preparedness, database development/maintenance and troubleshooting occupational health and safety issues pertaining to Primary Health Care Services sites. These functions are in place to ensure staff and clients have a safe environment in which to deliver or receive Primary Health Care services.

Education:

  • Certificate/Diploma from a recognized Business Administration training program

Licenses:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of office systems including confidential information systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to competently use computers and software applications
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to establish/maintain satisfactory working relationships
