Job Description:

The Director, Flow and Care Coordination (Saskatoon) is a key leader in Saskatchewan health care, partnering with system leaders to achieve our province's healthcare goals. Reporting to the Executive Director, Provincial System Flow, the Director is responsible for executing the operational flow strategy in Saskatoon, helping develop and align provincial processes and standards, and lead implementation of new innovations to support system flow. The Director demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Director must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations and standardization. The Director will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Experience

  • Seven (7) years leadership experience
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Leader who has developed planning and programs in multi-stakeholder environment

Other Education and Training

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
