Job Description: LutherCare Communities Health Services Division is seeking a high performing individual to join our team as a Manager of Resident Care. If you are an experienced healthcare leader this is your chance to become an integral member and leader of an amazing, committed and innovative team. The manager will work within the organizations health services division which includes the Luther Special Care Home in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan which has 129 Long Term Care beds along with the provision of four adult day programs that are run within the city of Saskatoon including a highly regarded specialized day program for adults with dementia. Reporting to the Operations Lead, Health Services Division; the Manager, Resident Care is accountable for overall day-to-day operational direction and leadership for assigned special care home residential neighbourhood(s) and/or assigned adult day programs. The position will provide leadership to develop and implement strategies to accomplish delivery of services at best possible levels of cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction in order to ensure high quality, safe and resident/client focused care is achieved.
