Job Description: The HR BSSA Specialist, under the direction of the Manager of HR BSSA Systems, is accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of a human resource information system developed in conjunction with existing payroll and human resource information system infrastructure. This position will be responsible for expanding and improving the current system to create a robust human resource reporting system that meets the current and future human resource requirements of the organization (i.e. Business Structures, grievance research, payroll auditing, scheduling, etc.).

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience:

  • Four (4) years experience in the information technology field, preferably in a heath care setting
  • Experience in Microsoft Databases (SQL)
  • Experience in SSRS, Excel, Access Databases and other report writing tools
  • Experience in data analysis and data manipulation
  • Preferred experience using Oracle HCM, Kronos Dimensions or Service Now

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree with a major in Computer Sciences

Other Education & Training:

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Licenses:

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
