Job Description: REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE PROGRAM MANAGER OF THE FIT FOR ACTIVE LIVING PROGRAM, THE STAFF PHYSICAL THERAPIST IS AN INTEGRAL MEMBER OF THE INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF THE FIT FOR ACTIVE LIVING PROGRAM. THE STAFF PHYSICAL THERAPIST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MUSCULOSKELETAL AND FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION, PHYSICAL RECONDITIONING, WORK SIMULATION, AND EDUCATION.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Licenses

  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
