Job Description: The Physical Therapist provides assessment and treatment of patients and clients of all ages with cognitive and/or physical impairments in the client's home and/or the clinic setting as per therapy protocols and best practice guidelines.

Experience

  • Two years experience with treatment of Outpatient Orthopedics/Community Therapy

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
