Job Description: UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE COMMUNITY CARE MANAGER, THE HOME CARE NURSE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, REHABILITATIVE, AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF THE CLIENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY. THE HOME CARE NURSE IS IN CHARGE OF NURSING ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY FOR CLIENTS.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable

  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
