Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)

Education

  • Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Licenses

  • Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

  • Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
  • Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
  • Pool Operator certificate, where required
