Job Description: The Physical Therapist-Degree is responsible for a clinical caseload and provides direct care to clients. The Physical Therapist Degree is accountable for assisting the Physical Therapists Degree Senior in planning, organizing, directing and supervising activities of the designated service area within physical therapy section to ensure that patients/clients referred receive a high standard of physical therapy. This will be done in accordance with Saskatchewan Health Authority mission statement and Therapy Department statement of purpose, policies and procedures of the facility and department. The Physical Therapist-Degree when in a designated Community based rotation, also have a reporting relationship to the manager of the facility they are working in.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

  • Demonstrated ability to function as a team member, motivator, and facilitator
  • Ability to be self motivated
  • Ability to work independently
